The client was a funded startup seeking to build a scalable e-commerce community where people could share, consume, and connect.

Our team began the research by dividing it into smaller, connected projects. Here is a glimpse of how our team executed it:
Our research team reviewed competitor apps to plan possible features and functionalities of the new modules.
Our team researched the latest design trends to ensure that the new design guide is modern and unique.
For each module we built, our design team analyzed both popular and new apps for proven and creative concepts.
Our React development team reviewed the code shared by the client for structural and code quality issues.
We created a detailed project roadmap and assigned a dedicated team member to manage project sprints at a micro level, ensuring they are on track. Here is how the project progressed:

The project team documented project modules and functionalities to define the initial SoW within the first week, which kept evolving over the project.

Our design team created the new design guide within the second week of the project’s initiation.

We designed and developed the new marketing website for Elxr during the third week of the project.

We planned and delivered the designs for new modules of the React app every other week.

We planned the development sprints for the new modules every two to four weeks, depending on their complexity.

Our team delivered modules, including onboarding, dashboard, activity and feeds, communities, inbox, meal plan, library, calendar, events, channels, recipies, accounts, activity tracker, and courses.
