We seek a passionate and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within the role and have a keen interest in web development, design, and optimizing website performance. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates who want to contribute to various web development projects in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

This role is for you if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0.5 to 2 years of experience in WordPress development.
Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Basic understanding of WordPress architecture and responsive design principles.
Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Worked with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines working across teams.

What will you do?

Work with project and design teams to understand the projects.
Develop customized and theme-based websites for our clients.
Collaborate with digital marketers and content creators to ensure websites meet clients’ needs.
Manage and maintain WordPress websites for Grovention and its clients.
Ensure website functionality, performance, security, and other best practices.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
