Social Media Optimization Executive/SMO Executive

Profile details

We are looking for a self-motivated and creative Social Media Optimization Executive to join Grovention. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging graphics, blurbs, videos, and other social content. As an SMO Executive, you will work closely with the design team, project managers, and clients to deliver the best possible outcome for the clients.

This role is for you if you have:

You keep track of competitors and trends to plan engaging social strategy.
Know how to plan monthly calendar for social platforms
Have experience designing images on tools like Figma or Canva
Knows basics of video editing to create video posts for social platforms
You can keep consistency and quality in your work with effective checklists
Have a mindset to research, learn, and improve the work execution
You are ready to work in a fast-paced work environment

What will you do?

Analyse social performance and strategize improvements
Create monthly social media calendars for clients
Plan weekly social posts, research hashtags, and write engaging blurbs
Design images and videos for weekly social posts
Document social posts and get approval from the internal team and client
Schedule/publish posts on planned time for greater reach
Daily engage with social feeds, groups, and communities
Create monthly work reports to share with clients
