Grovention values our customers and strives to provide the highest-quality digital growth solutions to meet their business needs. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds are necessary. Our Refund Policy document mentions all the scenarios in which the advance amount may be refunded to our clients.

Scope of Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services Grovention provides, including but not limited to UI/UX Design, Website Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO, SEM, SMM, Emails), and Branding services.

Refunds Eligibility

The refunds for a project will be processed under the following criteria:

  • The service provided differed from what was described and agreed upon in the Service Agreement Proposal or contract.
  • Deliverables were delayed beyond the mutually agreed timeline without proper communication or reason from our team.
  • Despite multiple attempts, there was an inability to rectify any faults or issues highlighted during the project timeline.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following instances:

  • The client changes their mind after the service has commenced.
  • Dissatisfaction due to a difference in creative preference provided the work aligns with the agreed scope and quality.
  • The project gets delayed due to the client causing delays in providing necessary information, access, or approvals.

Refund Process

To claim a refund, the client must:

  • Submit a formal refund request to our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of project completion.
  • Explain the reasons for the refund and provide all evidence applicable to strengthen the case.

Evaluation of Refund Requests

Once a refund request is received:

  • Our team will review the case based on the project cost and effort put into the project and communicate a decision within 14 business days.
  • If the refund is approved, we will process it through the original payment method within 20 business days of the approval.
  • Sometimes, we offer partial refunds or credits toward future services instead of a full refund.

Modifications to Policy

Grovention reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the Refund Policy will apply immediately to all our customers. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
